This weekend intensive is geared to those who aspire to enter the entertainment industry as professional actors. ​

Day 1) INDUSTRY ESSENTIALS: Everything emerging actors need to know to get started in the entertainment business.

Day 2) AUDITIONS: Participants will have the opportunity to prepare auditions using real sides (scripts) from productions that have recently cast out of Toronto.

​

Working actors typically have 48-72 hours to prepare from the time they receive audition materials from agents to self-tape dealines or in-person auditions/callbacks in a casting room.

​

Registered participants will prepare and practice within these industry standards, using supplied audition sides from productions that have cast out of Toronto.

​

Receiving live feedback in "the casting room" audition scenario prepares emerging professionals to take direction and learn to adjust performance accordingly.
