A great intro to on camera acting for New Students!

A rewarding work out for Returning & Advanced Students wishing to sharpen & expand their screen acting skills!

 

Drawing from the methodologies of SANFORD MEISNER, STELLA ADLER, LEE STRASBERG, UTA HAGEN & MICHAEL CHEKHOV, scene partners create authentic interactions & follow physical impulse while working together in the space. 

 

Powerful portrayals are captured when actors are present, listening & allowing spontaneity to impact their choices. 

 

Original class resources include; 

scene breakdown

script analysis

memorization tips & solo rehearsal strategies

objective observations

 

 Students are encouraged to self-evaluate their footage,

adapt to feedback & make adjustments in their performance

as required on professional sets.

Small class size ensures generous camera time.

​

RETURNING STUDENTS can expect a minimum of

2 roles/scenes per course.

​

Participants receive video files of ALL their work

every week for home review. 

​

Scene Study INTRO: NEW STUDENTS are required to register at this level unless represented by an agent

or a member of ACTRA.

ADVANCED Class Prerequisite:  2 Returning Student level sessions or submit your resume.
